Not all poems can be categorized solely by structure or by their connection to a certain event or theme (and certainly more poems than not from the Middle Ages would be defined in this way). Yaakov's poetry is certainly not confined to this sort of simple organization; below are collected those poems which defy category and yet remain firmly entrenched in the medieval tradition.
